Subject: Meal Plans and Food Diaries
Content: I am active in my ministry and work a full time job. I often find myself running out the door at 8 am to make it to work and rarely get home before 11 PM or midnight after meetings and Bible studies. God has put it on my heart to increase my fitness (I'm hoping to do it early morning) and to track what I'm eating. When always on the run, I was notorious for hitting up the fast food joints. Now that I understand that I need to be a better steward of what I eat, I'm looking for suggestions on healthy snacks. Any ideas? Also, do you have a good recommendation of a online or mobile tracking program/app that I can start journaling and tracking my meals?
