		<description>Today is a new day.  Came to work early enough to take a brisk 10 minute walk around the hospital campus - not the 20 minutes exercise recommended, but better than &quot;normal&quot; for me.  I&#039;m going back with my self-imposed guidelines of nothing made with flour or with added sugar.  Starting today at 152.4 - much better than the 183 I was a year ago, but not the 135 I&#039;m trying to reach.  And, I&#039;m on my second BIG cup of water. Indeed, today is a new day and a gift from our Lord.  Praise God!

		<description>Thanks for your message, Jeremy.  I do pretty well with the first list of seven to get closer to our Lord.  He&#039;s been my best friend for years.  

But, I have a much harder time doing the second list of seven to meet my goals to get healthier.  Actually, I&#039;m doing pretty well with the eating part, but the exercise part is much more difficult for me.  Previously you gave me list of exercises to do - guess I need to get that out again and once again be willing to be willing and go from there.  That&#039;s where I started the first time you helped me.  Maybe you could share those exercises with the other readers of this blog.  It has been helpful to me in the past - I was loosing much more consistently when I did the exercises on a regular basis.  I know I must eat right and exercise BOTH to be successful in my weight loss journey.  And, I need to make it upmost in my mind that Jesus is one of my reasons &quot;why&quot; - to be a better witness for Him.  You may recall that some of my other reasons why were:  better health, to be a better wife, mom and grandma and to fit into my grey winter coat!
