    I need to find my favorite way to burn calories. Maybe that should be my prayer – that I can find an exercise routine that I will enjoy and stick with.

    I ususally do a fast walk or slow jog on the treadmill. then weight train.

    Pray for my sister-in-law that she will lose the weight she wants so that she can get pregnant again. she is fearful that the miscarriage of the first baby was her fault. She is wanting to lose 20 lbs to see if that will help her get pregnant.

    Vertical Jump training with bands that you use here. And also any workout based on workout muse.

    My prayer is my will is inline with Gods will for me to help tens of thousands of people with hope for a new body and new life.
