Fit For Jesus!

What if you KNEW you could lose weight?

Not:  “I know it is theoretically possible.”

Not:  “I know I should be able to.”

Instead… what if, with 100% certainty, you absolutely knew you could lose weight?

Self Confidence for Christian Weight Loss

How would you approach weight loss?  More confidently?  More positively?  More quickly?

Let’s add another dimension.

What if you KNEW you could lose weight AND keep it off as long as you desired to?

Frustration would go away, wouldn’t it?  Fear would be gone, right?

It would be massively different for your mindset, wouldn’t it, if you KNEW?

How much more confident would you be?  How much easier would it be to schedule workouts, knowing that your body would respond exactly like it should?  How much less stress would you experience at meals, knowing exactly what you needed to eat to lose body fat?

How would your thoughts change if you KNEW you could lose fat at will?

In the comment box below, tell me how you would change…

Thanks, ladies! So far… better confidence, higher self-esteem, and less fear.

Hint: all of them relate to our identity in Christ! :)

The biggest things that would change in me is my confidence and self esteem. I am single with 3 kids and have always been overweight. I have been praying for a husband for 4 years, ever since I was saved, but I need to love myself the way that God loves me in order for someone else to love me!

I wouldn’t care what number the scale said.
I wouldn’t be afraid of my closet.
I would run the 5K with no fear and no anxiety and finish in under 30 minutes like I want.
